The challenge
The legal team faced a backlog of hundreds of supplier and customer contracts in German and English. Sensitive terms meant public AI tools were forbidden, and reviews took weeks, slowing procurement.
Our solution
We deployed an open-weight LLM on the client's own GPU server and built an agentic workflow grounded in their negotiation playbook and past signed contracts. Each suggestion cites the playbook rule and precedent, and outputs go straight into Word as tracked changes.
