MediScribe listens (with consent) to doctor–patient conversations, understands code-switching between languages, and produces structured SOAP notes, ICD-10 codes, prescriptions and patient-friendly after-visit summaries — ready for one-tap approval inside the hospital's EHR.
The challenge
Doctors were spending up to two hours a day on documentation, often after clinic hours. Existing dictation tools failed with Indian multilingual conversations and required rigid commands.
Our solution
We combined a fine-tuned speech model for code-mixed speech with a medical LLM pipeline grounded in hospital formularies and coding rules. A clinician-in-the-loop UI highlights every AI-generated sentence with its source audio snippet so nothing is signed without verification.
