A SaaS, cloud-based enterprise reservation platform with 150+ modules that automates both the everyday and the unique processes of aviation, tour and charter companies — from the call center and online booking to check-in, ticketing, accounting and executive reporting.

The challenge

Air-tour and charter operators juggle weight-and-balance manifests, weather-dependent departures, multiple sales channels (call center, website, OTAs, hotel concierges) and complex commission rules. Their existing tools were disconnected, forcing staff to re-key bookings and reconcile payments by hand.
